For newer BMW E90s … especially my 2008 328i the front rotor size is 312x24mm and the pads should be sized for such; the rear rotor size is 300x20mm.

Stock front rotors have a minimum thickness of 22.8mm, and the rear have a minimum of 18.4mm.
